The "S-5200SC" is a gland packing that features a core made of high-elasticity silicone rubber inserted into a blended yarn of aramid fibers treated with PTFE dispersion and rock wool fibers, which is then braided into a rectangular cross-section and further treated with PTFE dispersion and lubricant.
